I love this quote because we often get caught up in our lives and forget to truly listen. It’s easy to do. We are all guilty of jumping the gun in response before we actually knew what was being said at some point in our life. Listening……truly listening to understand is one of the best gifts you can give a person.

I often think of this quote when in conversation and it reminds me to take a step back.
