Not My Sisters Shrimp Ceviche

I love ceviche one of the easiest things to make and so yummy! My sister had been talking about the ceviche she made all week so thanks to her I had one of those cravings that just won’t go away. If it wasn’t for a 4 hour drive I would have just stole some from her. I know my sisters is good too. Everything she makes is but I tend to like things a bit (a lot) spicier than her.

Shrimp Ceviche

1/4 C. Yellow Onion                             2016-13-6--13-27-11.png

1/4 C. Red Onion

1 Clove Garlic

1 1/2 to 2 tsp. Red Chili Flakes

1 tsp. Mexican Oregano

1 C. Coarsely  Chopped Cilantro

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 Cucumber

2 Roma Tomatoes

1/2 Green Bell Pepper

1 Jalapeno

1 Avocado

1 T. White Vinegar

1 C. Lime Juice

1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce

1 Lb. Thawed cooked shrimp

I like to chop up my onion, garlic, cilantro, and peppers first. Then add the spices, vinegar, and lime juice so the flavors can start combining while I chop everything else up. It’s as simple as that just chop it up and throw it together. Now grab your tostada shells or tortilla chips and enjoy!
